if you're triggered by mentions of csa, human trafficking, etc, i don't recommend reading past this point or following this blogastra is the middle of 3 children–she has an older brother named azha (who she didn’t know about) and a younger brother named atreus. there are three years between each of them. astra and atreus are three years apart, and then her and azha are three years apart ― the age difference between atreus and azha is six years. however, astra was raised as the oldest child due to her mother’s manipulations.as a child, astra was abused by her mother, ezra–who was the heir to their matrilineal line. she saw astra as an obstacle to be dealt with, especially as astra’s abilities developed rapidly and soon surpassed her own. astra was a genuinely kind person who enjoyed helping people and being around them ― she was also very outgoing and engaging. she was an amazing child and ezra became jealous of her.ezra heaped more and more on astra’s shoulders, letting astra deal with most of the day-to-day runnings of the house, raising her brother, etc, while she plotted and planned behind everyone’s back.eventually, astra is disowned at 7 by her mother and father due to an incident earlier that year.this incident was orchestrated by ezra and ezra’s brothers–unknown to everyone else. ezra had decided to give two of her children away in exchange for the clearing of her brother’s gambling debts.astra is abducted in the middle of the night and taken away–not too far from her home, about five km– where she is assaulted, and then upon fighting back, is told she will be killed because she’s putting up too much of a fight.she runs, and eventually ends up killing both of her maternal uncles by accident–she’s cornered and scared and instinctually calls upon her abilities to defend herself. she returns home, scared and confused, only for her mother’s abuse to worsen over the next year which ultimately culminates in her losing her place as heir to both families.eventually, ezra slips up in a conversation between her and antares, astra's father, and he becomes suspicious of her. he goes through her belongings and finds a log of human trafficking victims, the first going by the letter a (as short for azha, who he assumed was a stillborn).however, due to ezra’s slip-up, astra's father sets out to find her and ask her to return to their family. he apologizes and tries to find out the truth of what really happened ― which astra is incredibly hesitant to share to him. after that, antares dissolves his marriage to ezra due to the evidence he's recieved from two different sources. he raises both children through what’s left of their childhood (atreus and astra). this is many years later, when astra is 11-13 years old.astra sees as they grow that atreus is mainly interested in history and astronomy and allows him to study that rather than be forced into the traditionally male role the stellaris family wanted him to take.so astra practices her abilities with the goal of keeping herself and her family safe–as well as to maintain her role of heir. astra, as heir, is also responsible for helping make decisions regarding the family, attending meetings, voting on laws, attending interrogations, making public statements and creating a pseudo-political platform amongst the people that enjoy being around her.eventually, astra begins creating a technique that helps heal mental trauma rather than cause it. after her father’s death at 24, she becomes head of family and takes her seat in the government, but doesn’t choose an heir quite yet...

the main difference in this verse is the fact that antares never found out that ezra was the one that caused all of what happened to astra ― he died before that happened, and in this verse, astra was made to leave her mother's home.atreus left with her and they stumbled onto a demon. astra stayed behind to fight the demon so atreus could escape. atreus went and brought back their father, who was a demon slayer, who killed the demon.it was in that moment that antares felt guilt for how he treated his daughter and finally asked her what happened that night ― the rest, afterwards, continued on.astra eventually became a demon slayer, moving up to hashira status not long after that, and began killing demons.during the final battle, azha makes his appearance as the upper rank four demon, bent on getting revenge on the stellaris family for their neglect of him and his becoming a kagema.

Atria Astra Stellaris is regarded as one of the strongest Stellaris demon hunters in existence. She became the celestial Hashira, creating a flash-burn set of techniques using the names of the family member they were inspired by. As a whole she calls it starry-night-skies with the last form bearing significance to her childhood experiences.First Form: Celestial Slash - The user generates enough momentum to create a powerful single concentrated slash of explosive lightning.Second Form: Starry Night - The user leaps and vertically spins in an unpredictable pattern while creating a circular slash of fire and lightning.
Third Form: Planetary Orbit - The user swings and bends their blade in a winding motion along with their body and dances in a flowing pattern, slicing everything in its path, creating sparks that dance along her opponent’s feet.Fourth Form: Sirius’ Lament - The user swings and the force of downwards spiral breaks those around them out of illusions, perceived or otherwise. This one uses fire to heat the air.Fifth Form: Arcturus (Stellar Oscillation) - A technique where the user swirls around their opponent, randomly changing direction in a circular pattern, known for it’s ability to change targets quickly. This one is more of a lightning form.Sixth Form: Aldebaran α Tauri - Creates a gust of hot air, heating ozone and then cutting anything in it’s path.Seventh Form: Antares α Scorpii - The user performs a fast and accurate stab, capable of reducing the impact of a moving target, burning what it manages to pierce.Eighth Form: Antares b - The user performs a fast and accurate stab with extra force, able to pierce most anything that stands in it’s way, usually electrifying what it pierces, using the same form as Antares α ScorpiiNinth Form: Atrial Luminosity (Conductive Plasma Flash) - The user creates a flashing form of lightning, moving quickly and loudly through an area, creating a devastating effect of light, lightning and reactive ozone that burns anything in the vicinity.Tenth Form: Susano'o's Wrath - The user creates a swirling tornado of fire and lightning, destroying everything in it’s path in a sweeping downward strike. It’s normally paired with the ninth form and used afterwards to ensure a swift victory. However this move leaves her neck and back wide open to an enemy’s strike–if they can avoid the strike, they have a chance of a counter attack.

Astra was raised as an heir to a wealthy family – on her father’s side, the demon slayer’s head of intelligence – and taught how to wield a sword and began to learn fire breathing. However, that changed once the incident with her uncles occurred and she was shunted to the side due to her mother’s lies and manipulations. During that time her brother became heir Stellaris and began learning breathing techniques instead.She did her best to take care of her brother, only ever really going out of her way for him and him alone. In regards to her brother, her mother was downright neglectful most of the time and sometimes she used Atreus as a way to punish Astra when she wasn’t giving Ezra (Astra’s mother) the type of reaction she expected. As a result, Astra spent the majority of her childhood alone – and didn’t start actively seeking out other people as friends until after she became married to @fallesto's Michikatsu.In this verse, after the incident with Astra’s uncles, Astra never is able to prove her innocence and is instead moved to the side and treated as a servant.. and then married to Michikatsu Tsugikuni in an arranged marriage. The first years of their marriage is usual for an arranged marriage--very little love, even if they do have moments where they care for each other.However, that changes the night that Michikatsu encounters the demon that wipes out his entire squad--when he rushes home, Astra comforts him and in that moment, they both find comfort, support and the partner that they were looking for the entire time.she eventually learns some of the moon-breathing forms from him and becomes his chosen tsuguko.After Michikatsu’s condition deteriorates, he becomes a demon.. and not soon after, Astra attains her demon slayer mark due to their closeness. Months later, she also becomes a demon--him, becoming upper one, and her becoming upper two. After he takes the name Kokushibo, he gifts her the name Aruna--written as love moon.Astra takes on Michikatsu’s/Kokushibo’s color purple, rather than her father’s color blue due to her removal from their family, keeping only her chosen color, red.This verse spans from the sengoku era to present day & modern times..

Eleventh Form: Aruna, Moonlight’s Requiem (Jū Ichi no kata: Aruna - Getsumei no Chinkonkyoku ) - A powerful slash that is meant to be used at a close range as one of the last defenses. It leaves the target open afterwards due to it’s strain on the body. (the human body)Twelth Form: A Starry Night’s Moonbeam ( Banme no kata: Seiya no Gekkou ) - A sneak attack, meant to camouflage the user behind a set of bright moonbeams. It’s a dazzling, stunning movement that lends itself well to the eleventh form and those specific forms that require close-quarters combat. It’s meant to combat her relative weakness when it comes to very close-range strength match ups.

For someone with an eidetic memory, those are labeled by date and time.However, there are connections that span from memory to memory in a nerve-like pattern consisting of different colors. Each color represent an emotion. Darker or less saturated colors indicate a level of trauma or harsh emotion that they’ve experienced. Brighter, more saturated colors indicate a fully-felt emotion or happiness with gold being love, silver being bittersweet, etc.However, there are a few limitations--they must maintain a decent amount of eye contact and more advanced techniques such as memory deletion or creating false memories requires her to be stagnant for however long it takes her to do so.the web of emotion remains and pulls on them, even when the memory isn’t available ( having the same reaction and not remembering exactly why they’re afraid of ___ or happy about ___ )each person’s mind is different. Some are more receptive and others more stubborn, it’s just dependent on how compatible their personalities are.

astra's family wasn't one to settle in with the shinobi system ― from everything beginning to end, they wanted no part of the warring states and they wanted no part of the new system. they refused to assimilate and found themselves a nice little piece of the southern coastline in the land of fire.inevitably, astra ends up becoming Lord Stellaris and begins taking missions to care for her family, though those are more on the independent-side. her family is known for their ability to gather information through their true sight ability and are known for following their contracts and being honorable.eventually, they cave and become part of a village when their contracts dry up. the family hates that because they don't want their kekkei-genkai falling into someone's hands who may abuse it... but... it's better than it dying out, right?
